Great Evening 31st, Dec 2005
I could never guess the positive influence of a real family meet till I stepped down the cab at Ammamma's house. The house was really blossoming with all kids running here and there. It indeed reminded me my child hood remembrances where I used to play with my uncles and aunts in the evenings. I was brought to normalcy when Sameer knocked me stating "Anna! Where is Mansa". When I entered the house, it was Girija Pinni coming close to me stating "Hai Raa.. elaa vunnaavu". I greeted girija Pinni and proceeded towards into the main hall. My heart really got ful to see everybody sitting there and talking at their own ease. Indira Atta asked myself and Srilakshmi to eat "Minapa Rotti". I ate delicious items prepared (Red dosa Aaavakai and Capsicum curry) and full my stomach .
Soon we are asked to go to the top of the house. Even today, when ever I walk on the top of the roof I get reminded of cricket matches we played in my child hood vacation days with
my uncles and aunts with reversed red pond being the wicket . I remember Sekhar maavaiah used to swing the bowl at me and Prabhakar maavaiah used to field at the parapet wall near the mango tree..... Coming to the Present, I observed Pedda maavaiah and Prabhakar maaviah, the technical experts and organizers, of our family arranging for the photography sessions. I was aked to assist Taata garu while boarding the stairs. To my surprise, Taata gaaru was real quick than me while climbing the steps. I could sense the health of the situation was getting younger and energetic. Everybody got assembled for photo session. It made me feel energetic when I saw all my aunts, uncles, mother, ammama, taata gaaru and my youngers at the same place.
People were encouraging me stating that I take good photos. Good words always motivate especially from the well wishers. I tried my best to take best of best of my snaps. Suddenly I realized that my amma and pinnis were sitting on one place. I zoomed my camara and clicked one photograph. I got the best pose of them.
I made sure that I take the photograph of my ammamma's family. Look at below photograh. taata gaaru is cheering at me and Ammamma is energizing me to take the best photo. Look at pedda maavaih.. Being a mechanical engineer, he seems to be concerned about the timing of the exercise. Prabhakar maavaih who is easing himself as he got his big brothers out there otherwise he usually gets into action. Coming to Sekhar Maavaiah, he is really cheering in good moods. Coming to my mother, my mother is laughing like a beloved daughter of the family. I some how feel Amma got closer to Taata gaaru and Lakshmi Pinni cose to Ammamma. Girija Pinni bonding the hands of Padma Pinni and Lalitha Pinni. If I am not wrong... father loving kids are towards father and mother loving kids are towards mother and Girija Pinni bonding both groups with warmth hug.
Then all of us headed to peedda maavaiah's house at A.S.Rao nagar. Sekahar maaviah, Pedda maavaiah and srinu maavaiah worked hard to arrange innovative buffet on the new year eve. We all had fun with each other. It really gave me lot of energy to be part of the great family. It was 10:00 PM I left 31st Night to Hitech city along with Manasa and Srilakshmi. Manasa is reluctant to come along with us in the cab just like my heart. We had great family gathering and tasty food. Srinu Maavaiah and Girija Pinni are the two best loved kids of our family and we all lighted Deevaali Sparks on that night (Seema Tapaakaayalu). Belive me it is the well being of family that gives us immense energy to face the life in positive way. I am kind to everybody for their affection. I want to thank the kids. It would have been even nice had my brother Srinvas, Sundeep and Bharat would have accompanied us.
I really have great place in my heart for Taata gaaru and Ammama. I wanted to take one photograph with both of them. When Pedda Maavaiah clicked the photograph, he ensured Srilakshmi also besided me. Belive me, I am great fan of entire family because they think positive about me. I really love their association. Especailly I really admire taata gaaru. Thanks to everybody who made this event happenned. It is indeed enshrining moments. These moments gave me great energy to further on....
